Pemberdayaan Perempuan Berpendapatan Rendah Melalui Strategi Keuangan Inklusif Oleh Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) Cabang Cileungsi, Bogor, Jawa Barat

Abstract

This article discusses the empowerment of low income women carried out by Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) of the Cileungsi Branch through inclusive financial policies. In addition to facilitating financial access to low-income women, non-financial empowerment is also implemented that aims to improve the lives of poor people both in terms of financial management and in improving health and entrepreneurial ability. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The results show that KOMIDA plays a role in helping low-income women to start and develop businesses in order to increase family income. Weekly meetings are also a means of gathering and promoting low-income women, training discipline and responsibility while increasing their social functioning.
