HARAPAN BARU BAGI GELANDANGAN DAN PENGEMIS MELALUI IMPLEMENASI PROGRAM DESAKU MENANTI DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

abstrak Kehidupan di kota dengan lapangan pekerjaan  dan berbagai sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia menjadi daya tarik penduduk perdesaaan untuk mendapatkan kehidupan yang lebih baik.  Kondisi kota menjadi faktor pendorong  dan faktor penarik penduduk perdesaan. Program Desaku Menanti adalah program penanganan gelandangan dan pengemis di perkotaan yang komprehensif dan mengedepankan keterpaduan dalam rehabilitasi sosial gelandangan dan pengemis dilakukan secara terpadu berbasis desa. Penelitian ini dengan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data tentang Implementasi Program Desaku Menanti, mengintegrasikan temuan, dan menarik kesimpulan secara inferensial. mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh, mengintegrasikan temuan dengan t- test untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi yang dirasakan penerima manfaat Program Desaku Menanti. Lokasi penelitian desaku Menanti di Kota Padang sebagai studi. Hal tersebut karena pertama kali program desaku menanti yang berada di luar Pulau Jawa, bekerja sama dengan Dinas Sosial Kota Padang.Kata Kunci: gelandangan, pengemis,desa,harapan .abstractLife in the city with jobs and various facilities and infrastructure available is an attraction for rural residents to get a better life. The condition of the city becomes a push factor and a pull factor for the rural population. My Village Waiting Program is a comprehensive program of handling homeless and beggars in urban areas and promoting integration in social rehabilitation of homeless and beggars carried out in an integrated village-based manner. This research is a quantitative research, where researchers collect and analyze data about the Waiting for My Village Program Implementation, integrate findings, and draw conclusions inferentially. collecting and analyzing the data obtained, integrating the findings with the t-test to determine the impact of the implementation felt by beneficiaries of the Waiting Village Program. The research location of Menanti village in Padang City as a study. This is because the first time my village program is waiting outside Java, in collaboration with the Padang City Social Service.Keywords: homeless, beggar, village, hope.
